All garments are made to order in London, so there is no excess stock going to landfill and each piece has a low carbon footprint. Fabrics are cut carefully, and any off cuts are used in new garments, so there’s almost zero waste in the production process. Sewing professionals are paid ethically, above minimum wage, supporting individuals and small businesses in London.  So when you buy and wear a Sylvia Piechulla dress, you can be confident you’re buying responsibly while looking good.

I design for beautiful, strong, independent, fashion conscious and stylish plus size woman. That is why all my garments are named after beautiful, iconic women of history or legend.

Models 1 is 5'7" tall and typically wear a UK size 18/20. In the photos, they are wearing a UK Size 18 (US Size 14).

Model 2 is also 6'0" tall and usually wears a UK Size 18. In the photos, she is wearing a UK Size 18 (US Size 14).

Models 3 is 5'9" tall and typically wear a UK size 10/12. In the photos, she is wearing a UK Size 12 (US Size 8).

Model 3 showcases a hem length of 117-125 cm (46-50 in).

Cold machine wash on a delicate cycle or hand wash cycle. Avoid dry cleaning, bleaching, and tumble drying. Use a low iron setting.

Free UK Shipping and Returns

Please allow 4-6 weeks after purchase for the garment to reach you as it is a piece made for you. When you order, we will be ordering the high-quality fabric from South Korea and afterwards the garment will be manufactured in London before it is ready to be shipped. However, please let us know if you would need a shorter turnaround time.
