Please allow 3-4 weeks after purchase for the garments to reach you as each item is carefully made for you by size. When you order the garment, it will be created in London before it is couriered to you. On rare occasions at order placements, I will need to order your fabric directly from South Korea before the item is created in London. Please note in this instance order completion / delivery will be 4-6 weeks.
Once finished our partner couriers deliver Monday to Friday as a standard next day service in the UK.
Outside of the UK we aim to deliver the garment in 3-5 working days.

Please note that we offer free delivery and returns for orders of goods to mainland UK addresses.

Track Your Order

For a smooth and efficient delivery, you will receive an email and / or a text message with links that will allow you to track your parcel, change the delivery date or arrange with the courier to leave your item in a safe place if you will not be in when the courier tries to deliver to you.

Β What if I need to return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or the item is not suitable, you can return it to us within 30 days of theΒ date of dispatchΒ as long at is in its original, saleable condition with a completed returns note stating the reason for return.
